Shipping & Returns


To the best of our ability, we will always strive to process and ship your order within 3 working business days.  Although we make best efforts to keep our website updated to reflect product availability, in the rare event that an item has run out of stock,  we will aim to contact you within the next business day to notify of any delays, or offer a refund.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Your refund rights

You are entitled to a refund if the goods purchased:

  • are defective (the defect not being caused by you); or
  • do not match the description or sample provided by us; or
  • do not do what they are supposed to or what we said they would.

However, if you prefer, we will exchange, credit or repair the goods where possible.

You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make the wrong choice.

There is no refund or exchange on Sale Items.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to pay for the cost of return.

If product is faulty we will cover cost of return.
